FLAT CAT is a wonderful, playful, affectionate kitty who has been in foster for the past 8 months. She was in desperate shape when NFFAR rescued her, frostbitten and emaciated. She weighed 3 pounds and was full grown. All of her feet were lacerated from frostbite and she ended losing the tip of her tail.
